Here is the application form for Mihon-ichi commissions slot.
This time Fursuit design was drawn by Kigurumi Kagetsu and two Great Creators.

□About Fursuit□
This time , Full suit only, It cannot be made into a half-suit.
Our workshop produces shells with a 3D printer (TPU), which has a basic function of jaw movement.
The eyes are made with PVC Mesh.
We will use stretch fur for the front moving parts and normal fur for the rest.
You may select multiple designs.

□Notes□
One person will not be selected to win more than one design.
Entries submitted using more than one account will be considered unsuccessful.
No entries will be accepted on behalf of the applicant. They will be subject to selection rejection.
Winner and Fursuit wearer must be the same person.
Commission slots must not be transferred.

□About Payment□
Optional items can be added at the time of contract.
Bank transfer and Wise are accepted, with a maximum of 2 installments.
Contracts and payments will be implement two months prior to the start of production.

□Other□
If there are many requesters, The selection will be selected by lottery from among those.
Entry period is from Nov 1st 22:00 to 8th 22:00(JST)
the selection will be announced on Nov 14th 12:00(JST)

こちらは、見本市デザインのコミッション応募フォームです。
今回の見本市デザインはきぐるみ花月オリジナルデザインと2名のクリエイターにデザインしていただきました。

□着ぐるみについて□
今回は見本市デザインのフルスーツのみの受付です。ハーフスーツには出来ません。
当工房は3Dプリンター(TPU)でのシェルを制作しており、あご可動が基本機能で備わっています。
目はPVCメッシュ素材で作成しております。
フロントの可動部にはストレッチファー、その他はブライトなどのノーマルファーを使用します。
複数のデザインに応募することが可能です。


□注意事項□
1人の応募者が複数のデザインで当選することはありません。
同一人物が複数のアカウントで応募した場合、落選対象となります。
代理申し込みは受け付けません。落選対象となります。
当選者と購入者は同一人物である必要があります。
コミッションスロットの譲渡は禁止とします。

□支払いについて□
着ぐるみの価格は契約時のレートを採用します。
銀行振込、WISEが使用可能で、分割払いは2回まで承ります。
​契約及び支払いは、制作開始する2か月前に行います。

□その他□
複数依頼があった場合は抽選で決定致します。

当選発表：日本時間 11/14 12:00
